Tobacco cessation campaign: "Keep trying"

March 18, 2014

On March 24, AHS will launch its “Keep trying” tobacco cessation campaign. The campaign is aimed at women aged 25-44. Acknowledging relapse is a core message of this campaign, inspiring and empowering women to keep trying on their cessation journey and to double their chances for success with the help of AlbertaQuits.

Through the AlbertaQuits website, the public can access a telephone helpline, QuitCore groups, e-quit tips, texting quit tips, ask the expert, and community forums.

Additionally, through the AlbertaQuits website, health professionals can access the Tobacco Free Futures online catalogue to obtain a variety of free resources to support tobacco reduction efforts, including the posters used in the “Keep trying” campaign.
