Community pharmacies or other health institutions may request an AHS Pharmacy Services recipe, to maintain the continuity of care for AHS patients (e.g., discharge prescriptions) by contacting the Poison and Drug Information Service (PADIS): padis.info@albertahealthservices.ca or 1-800-332-1414, extension 3.
